Founded in 1919, Marudai is located in Maebashi City, Gunma Prefecture. At the foot of the beautiful Mount Akagi, one of Japan’s 100 most famous mountains, we specialize in producing processed soy foods such as Natto and Tofu, using domestically grown soybeans.
Our products are sold widely in domestic supermarkets and other retail outlets, as well as for commercial use. In recent years, we have also been focusing on exporting our products, expanding our sales channels to Asia and Western Europe.

Marudai’s natto has been loved for many years for its firm texture that brings out the natural flavor of soybeans. The large-grain natto in particular has a reputation for its “delicious soybean flavor.”

In addition, the tofu is made using only soybeans (soy milk) and nigari (cooked bittern), and no other additives such as anti-foaming agents are used.
Here too, the concentration of soy milk is kept high so that you can enjoy the taste of soybeans.

Natto and tofu are made with the hope of bringing good health to our customers, and today they continue to be served on your dining table as a source of energy.
